Umur Cubukcu Ubicloud
Umur is the co-founder and co-CEO of Ubicloud, the open source alternative to AWS. Prior to Ubicloud, Umur was the co-founder and CEO of Citus Data, creators of the distributed PostgreSQL extension Citus. Citus Data was acquired in 2019 by Microsoft, where Umur spent nearly four years leading the PostgreSQL product team at Azure. Between his roles at Microsoft and Ubicloud, Umur worked with startups as a visiting partner at Y Combinator. He received his MS from Stanford University.
