Di Qi Lantern
I am the CEO of Lantern. Lantern makes Postgres more approachable for builders looking for the kind of fully managed experiences that they get with standalone vector stores, LLM analytics tools, and embedding service providers. Lantern is deployed in production as a managed Postgres service and handles a wide range of workloads.
I cofounded Lantern with Narek, who was previously a PhD student at UC Berkeley and an engineer at Timescale. Before working on Lantern, I have been an engineer at Y Combinator, the cofounder / CTO of a 15-minute delivery startup, and an engineer at Facebook. I studied computer science at Princeton University.
