Kevin Dallas
Kevin Dallas joined EDB, a Bain Capital and Great Hill Partners portfolio company, as CEO in August 2023. He brings over three decades of executive excellence, digital advancement, and growth at technology companies to lead the next evolution of growth in Postgres and the intelligent systems economy. As former CEO of Wind River, he accelerated the software company’s growth, culminating in its $3.5 billion acquisition in 2022. Prior to Wind River, he spent 25 years in leadership roles with Microsoft, most recently as Corporate Vice President for cloud & AI business development. Kevin was the recipient of the 2022 Gold Stevie Award, American Business Award, Entrepreneur of the Year, 2022 Executive of the Year Globee Gold Award, and was named a Top 10 CEO to Watch by Analytics Insights. Originally from the UK, he holds a BSc from Staffordshire University and now resides in Seattle with his wife. Kevin values people with passion, skills for today and tomorrow, and who are role models.
