Damien co-founded Dalibo in 2005 and initiated its transformation into a cooperative in 2011. He has also been an active member of the French PostgreSQL community since 2005: he is the president of the French-speaking PostgreSQL association, he takes part in the administration of the postgresql.fr website, and he gives regular talks at community events. Lastly, he contributes to several PostgreSQL extension projects such as temBoard, and PostgreSQL Anonymizer that he created in 2019 in order to help PostgreSQL users to respect the GDPR demands.
