Julien Tachoires is a PostgreSQL Performance Engineer at EDB. His core areas of expertise include PostgreSQL performance, deployment automation, High Availability, and development. Prior to working at EDB, Julien was CTO of the French PostgreSQL leader company, working with PostgreSQL and developing open source tools for PostgreSQL for the past 12 years. In his current role, he's working on the EDB deployment tools edb-ansible and postgres-deployment and doing performance benchmarking on solutions in PostgreSQL ecosystem.
