Jaime has been working with databases the last 20 years, administering and optimizing databases. He is a member of the PostgreSQL community the last 17 years and has contributed mostly as beta tester and patch reviewer, during his time at 2ndQuadrant he worked on features and tools related with replication and high availability. Since 2007 he had worked on PostgreSQL promotion through Latin America and the Caribbean with talks and trainings. Currently is the CEO of SYSTEMGUARDS the only LATAM company providing high level PostgreSQL support exclusively in spanish.
