Amit Langote

Amit is a software developer at Microsoft, where he spends most of his time hacking on PostgreSQL and interacting with other programmers who are involved in PostgreSQL development.

He has contributed to features such as table partitioning, command progress reporting, MERGE, and many performance / scalability improvements for partitioning workloads. He is spending more time in the executor performance improvements especially for OLAP queries.
