With Postgres-XL 10 we managed to close the gap and catch up with the upstream project. This talk has two main goals - first, explaining the basic what are the pros/cons of Postgres-XL, when it's a good choice and when to stick to plain PostgreSQL, and secondly to present some benchmark results illustrating those points.
I will also talk about our plans for future Postgres-XL improvements and features, and ways to contribute to the project.
