Knitting flat Slonik pattern

For everyone who knows the basics of knitting (mentioned in the morning session).

We go through different ways to create colourful fabric which in this case is a Slonik patterned piece of knitting.

Intarsia knitting is one way to create colourful fabric by knitting. It is simply knitting "pixel by pixel".

Swiss darning is a method where you imitate stiches by sewing with different colour yarn on top of knitted fabric.

We will also go through double knitting (if wanted) which is another way to create colourful fabric by knitting. This method suits perfectly eg. for scarfs.

Session fee includes two skeins or balls of wool and a set of appropriate needles as well as the pattern.
