50 seat shuttle buses will provide transportation to the venue from the Hotel Miguel Angel beginning at 18:30, making three trips, or the venue may be reached on foot in 20 - 30 minutes. There will be no return shuttles.

The event will feature a selection of Spanish hors d’oeuvres and an open bar until 21:00, after which each participant will receive one free drink.
