Installing PostgreSQL is easy, right? But what about if you want to run replication, also pretty easy. What if you have to have some sort of fail over capabilities? Backup? Restore tests? Patching? Monitoring? Then it all becomes a bit more difficult. How much do you need to know before making a setup "Enterprise ready"?
Multi-postgres provides an easy to understand yaml config of clusters, instances, databases, schemas, users and even versioned datamodels. Furthermore it provides a DevOps way of working with multiple clusters with several instances on normal VM's or in your Kubernetes landscape.
In this talk I will provide an apetizer on this internal project and tell a bit about what next steps are
