Olivier Courtin began working with PostGIS in 2004 in his master thesis. He organized a lot of training sessions linked to PostgreSQL and PostGIS those last 5 years. Olivier is one of PostGIS core developers, and he is in charge of import/export functions since 2008. He took part in many events including PGDay 2008 (France) and 2009 (Europe), FOSS4G 2010, Toronto and NYC PostGIS codesprints. He founded Oslandia in 2009 with Vincent Picavet, providing services in opensource GIS.
